I’m a little late on this, since I started and finished the book a while ago, but I still think that it deserves a review!
Georgia is a normal teenage girl. She deals with boys, parents, teachers, and her unnaturally large cat named Angus! This whole book is basically a diary of her everyday life, with separate entries for each day. The most interesting part pf this book is the sheer funniness of it all! The author, Louise Rennison, definitely did a good job when developing Georgia’s character. Georgia is blunt and as boy crazy as any teenage girl, so the story seems very real!
The downfall- sometimes the book can seem like it’s going really sloooooww, only because there’s not really a main story line, it’s more of a “Day in the life of…” sort of thing. But that’s basically it for the negative things about this book, at least for me. In conclusion, this book is very lighthearted and fun! I recommend it if you’re looking for a book that will make you smile!
